Return/Cancellation Policy

Can I return an order?

Of course.  You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return anything you bought from us that is damaged or of unsatisfactory quality. Please email us at sophie@karavanhk.com to inform us of your intentions.

Please try to send it in its original undamaged packaging; it really makes things easier for us.

Who pays for the shipping?

If the item is being returned for a quality reason, because it is damaged or it does not function properly, please email us the pictures of the damage to sophie@karavanhk.com and we will organise the item to be shipped back at our cost.

How do I return the order?

Please put the product with any accessories and manuals back into its original box (if possible) and mail it to the address that we will provide once you have made contact with us.

When should I send the product back?

You should send it back within 14 days of your return claim. 

How and when will I get my money back?

Once we receive the products, you will get a confirmation by email and your money will be returned within 30 days, in the same way you made the purchase.

Can I return the product myself to a physical location?

Of course you can. If you want to bring it directly to us in Hong Kong island we'll be more than happy to receive it. Please kindly email us at sophie@karavanhk.com to let us know beforehand so we can expect you.

How do I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel the order before you receive, send us an email to sophie@karavanhk.com to inform us of your intentions. If the order has not yet been dispatched we will cancel it. However, if the item is already on its way to you, unfortunately we will be unable to cancel the order. We hope you understand.
